Ordering & Delivery
We currently deliver to all major neighborhoods within the city limits. We are continuously expanding our delivery zones.
Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 hours from the time you place your order. You can also schedule deliveries for a specific time slot during checkout.
There is no minimum order amount, however, orders below 100 MAD may incur a small delivery fee.
Payment
We currently only support Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the driver directly when your groceries arrive.
Yes, all prices displayed on our platform are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
Returns & Refunds
If an item is missing, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange to have the missing item delivered or adjust your final Cash on Delivery amount.
Freshness is our guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of fresh produce upon delivery, you can return it to the driver immediately and it will be deducted from your total.
