Shipping Policy

We currently offer standard delivery and scheduled delivery options.

Standard Delivery: Delivery within 2-4 hours of order confirmation.
Scheduled Delivery: Choose a specific delivery window during checkout.
Fees: Free delivery for all orders over 100 MAD. Orders below this threshold incur a 20 MAD delivery fee.

We stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of groceries, especially fresh produce and perishables, we handle returns as follows:

Upon Delivery: You have the right to inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, you can reject it immediately with the driver. The cost of the rejected item will be deducted from your final Cash on Delivery total.
After Delivery: Non-perishable items can be returned within 48 hours if unopened and in their original condition. Please contact customer support to arrange the return. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable items after the driver has left your premises, unless the item was fundamentally defective despite proper storage.
